The grapes used for the blending of the Brut Tradition come from vineyards cultivated with respect for the environment. The label of the biodynamic growing, which requires the application of guidelines guarantees a healthy production, essential for a good vinification. This vinification, during which the malolactic fermentation is omitted, results in a champagne full of character, aromatic, fruity, with a long finish and a fine and continuous corona, characteristic of a high quality champagne.
