Blending : 50 % Pinot Meunier, 35 % Chardonnay,
15 % Pinot Noir
Dosage: 6g/l

The Cuvée de Réserve NV has been produced with cuvees, that have been chosen because of their ageing potential, and is composed of 45 % Pinot Meunier, 40 % Chardonnay and 15 % Pinot Noir.
The Cuvée de Réserve with a shining yellow “robe”, a fine corona as well as a fruity nose and almond aromas is the champagne par excellence for those who hesitate whether to take the Millésime or the Brut Tradition.
